This pivotal acquisition, finalized on December 30, 2024, positions Vyzag Bio-Energy Fuel as a subsidiary of RSSL and a step-down subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure. Vyzag Bio-Energy Fuel has established itself as a leading player in the renewable energy sector, known for its pioneering efforts in biofuels and advanced renewable energy technologies aimed at sustainable energy production. The transaction involved purchasing 51.03% equity from Vyzag Bio’s existing promoters, alongside a fresh equity infusion designed to strengthen Vyzag Bio’s market position.
