Robert Mueller’s report cleared President Donald J. Trump of collusion with Russia during the 2016 presidential elections, and it appears not to find sufficient evidence to bring charges for possible obstruction of justice. The Trump administration may be doing victory laps now, but the contents of the report portend future political battles between the Democrat-dominated House of Representatives and the White House. With the biggest thorn in the President’s side removed, the country should prepare for the 2020 presidential elections and the energy policy to follow.
