Pattern Energy Group LP has secured final approval for its USD-8-billion (EUR 7.38bn) SunZia wind power generation and transmission project in New Mexico and is gearing up to launch construction this summer.
The green light was granted by the US Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management and closes the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review process is complete, Pattern Energy said on Thursday.
