GE Renewable Energy to Generate Additional 2,010 MW of Onshore Wind

GE Renewable Energy recently announced that it has secured 2,010 MW in onshore wind orders in North America through May 2019. These 728 turbines include windfarms across the United States, such as Engie’s recently announced 160 MW Jumbo Hill wind farm.

The majority of these orders were for GE Renewable Energy’s 2 MW product platform, which will have a total installed capacity of more than 15 GW by the end of 2019.
