Southern Co. subsidiary Southern Power acquired a 43-MW wind energy farm in Maine from an affiliate of Quantum Utility Generation.
Quantum Utility Generation developed and built the Passadumkeag Windpark project, and EDF Renewable Services will serve as the balance-of-plant operations and maintenance contractor.
