Flyers Energy has acquired 99 unattended cardlock fuel stations in the Southwest under the brands Firebird Fuel and CFN (Commercial Fuel Network).
The acquisitions fit with their plan to grow nationwide with the company now operating in 23 states with more than 400 locations.
“Firebird Fuel presented an excellent opportunity for us to add three contiguous states to our western US geography,” said CEO Tom Di Mercurio.
