GE to Supply Turbines to Pennsylvania Gas Plant

March 28, 2017

GE announced an order from Competitive Power Ventures Fairview Energy Center involving two gas turbines and associated equipment for a 1,050-MW combined-cycle gas plant in Jackson Township, Pennsylvania.

The plant will use GE’s 7HA.02 gas turbines, a steam turbine, generators and control equipment. Unlike similar plants, the new facility will be powered by a mix of natural gas and ethane.

GE Energy Financial Services co-developed the CPV Fairview project and is an equity investor alongside CPV and OGUSA.
